About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join CRG | TEC Recruitment as a Transport Network Expert, working with one of the UK's major mobile network operators to build the future of Radio networks.

As a key contributor to the development of the 3- and 5-year RAN strategy plans, you will work closely with the Head of Mobile Network Architecture to define the key requirements for the Transport Network RFI/RFPs, evaluate vendor responses, and identify gaps and strengths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Transport Network strategies and plans
  • Evaluate vendor responses and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with vendors to review technical specifications and documents
  • Provide expert support to internal stakeholders on Transport Network technologies

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert level of experience in Transport and Transmission Network technologies and the vendor ecosystem
  • Strong experience in supporting RFx activities and developing commercial strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate complex technical ideas to audiences of varying technical background
