Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Raigmore Hospital.

The Cardiac Cath Lab is a dynamic and fast-paced department that provides 24/7 acute cardiac care to the people of NHS Highland. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting the consultant cardiologist with primary PCI and other implanted cardiac devices.

You will work closely with our colleagues in CCU to provide high-quality pre and post-procedure care to patients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a busy and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the consultant cardiologist with primary PCI and other implanted cardiac devices
  • Work closely with CCU colleagues to provide high-quality pre and post-procedure care
  • Develop and maintain skills and knowledge in cardiac catheterisation and cardiovascular nursing

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Experience in cardiac catheterisation and cardiovascular nursing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
