As a key member of our golf operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their experience is nothing short of legendary.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry, working in a unique and historic setting. As a Golf Associate Half Way House, you'll be responsible for providing a high-quality food and beverage environment for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage food and beverage operations, including stock levels, presentation, and accuracy of charges.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the halfway house, including kitchen space, toilets, and seating areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide a warm Welsh welcome to our guests.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a warm, people-oriented individual with a team-first attitude and a keen interest in golf. A food hygiene qualification is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
