Astute People is partnering with a global leader in nuclear energy to recruit a Head of Bids for its Southwest and Central locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide oversight and management of the entire tendering and bids process from start to finish.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and value in bid and proposal delivery.
- Project manage bid responses in collaboration with UK and international stakeholders.
- Manage proposal review meetings and ensure alignment with company risk and governance policies.
- Liaise with customers to handle bid clarifications and technical queries.
- Work alongside finance, legal, and operations to develop commercial proposals that meet company and market requirements.
- Support the development of sales and account strategies and contribute to the business growth.
This is a critical role that plays a pivotal part in driving the success of the company's business development by delivering high-quality, winning proposals that support long-term growth and strengthen client relationships.
The role comes with a salary up to £80,000, car allowance, bonus, and hybrid working.
