About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at the 4-star Thistle Marble Arch hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of breakfast staff to provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to our guests
  • Manage the breakfast service, including ordering, delivering, and clearing food and drink
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the breakfast area
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, and manage inventory effectively
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
