About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Premex Group. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adhere to internal and external customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Utilize professional telephone manner and initial complaint handling skills to resolve customer issues
  • Accurately enter data and allocate work to field agents with guidance
  • Manage client accounts and provide in-depth technical knowledge of EWIS processes and procedures
  • Operate in accordance with ISO Quality & Security Systems and company policies and procedures
  • Diary/Chase review and produce high-quality written communication for internal and external use
  • Achieve required standards in service and quality audits and liaise with Field Force
Requirements
  • Internal Communication skills
  • IT Knowledge and experience in administration and office environment
  • Customer Service skills and ability to work in a team
  • Organizing and problem-solving skills
  • Data Entry skills and understanding of written communication
  • Telephone calls and customer service experience
Qualifications and Experience
  • GCSE grade C and above, NVQ 1 or 2 or equivalent
  • Administration and office environment experience
Personal Qualities
  • Good Timekeeping and ability to work in a team
