Senior Care Assistant Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to reach their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Support the care team in promoting a positive and respectful culture within the care home.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£13.00 (DOE), with opportunities for career progression and professional development. You will also benefit from:
- Pension scheme
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- SVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in care or a related field
- Experience in a care setting, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in supporting the elderly
