Opportunity Highlights: This position offers a unique chance to take a leading role in generating insights that will inform NHS England and NHS Improvement strategies and policies, shaping the use of insights across the NHS to enhance care provision.
Collaborating with senior colleagues within the Insight and Voice team, you will spearhead the delivery of a quantitative insight program.
We seek a candidate with a proven track record in delivering quantitative insight programs, ideally with experience supporting the production of Official Statistics, particularly within the health sector.
The successful candidate will possess strong skills in stakeholder engagement for policy design and implementation.
Team Leadership: The role involves leading a team, necessitating the ability to manage and operate effectively while delivering programs amidst competing priorities and within a complex political environment.
In April 2023, NHS England, NHS Digital, and Health Education England merged to form a new, unified organization aimed at leading the NHS in England.
This new entity is designed to create a more streamlined, high-performing organization that effectively leads the NHS and provides an improved workplace.
