Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist II to join our team at Reed. As an HR Generalist II, you will play a key role in implementing our annual Human Resource goals and contributing to our functional and business unit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR processes, practices, and systems to enhance organizational and people capability, including staffing, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
- Conduct workforce planning and forecasting in line with site HR goals.
- Provide advice on human resource and labour regulatory issues, and coach leaders to support effective relationships with their employees.
- Develop cost-effective and practical HR solutions to attract and retain the required skills.
- Lead projects as directed by site HR leadership, facilitate change management, and provide engagement, coaching, and advising to stakeholders.
- Utilize corporate support resources to deliver tactical and operational support, ensuring effective delivery.
- Implement HR improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency at the site.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or CIPD Qualified, with two (2) years of relevant recent HR experience, OR
- Post-secondary education (associate's degree) or CIPD Associate Level, with four (4) years of HR experience, including two (2) years in HR management or a relevant discipline.
- Fluent in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.
- Must be able to work in both office and manufacturing plant settings, with occasional lifting of moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with UK Employment Law.
- Experience managing and leading investigations.
- Experience creating, managing, and leading HR training.
