Clinical Nurse Manager

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Inpatient Rehabilitation and Low Secure Services in Bellsdyke Hospital and the Forensic Community Mental Health Service. As a key member of our mental health team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and operational management of nursing staff and support services
- Work collaboratively with managers across Mental Health and Learning Disability Services to ensure high-quality patient care and treatment
- Ensure effective operation of services through visible clinical leadership and professional management
- Represent NHS Scotland's Mental Health Services at local, regional, and national forums
- Travel throughout the area of service delivery as required
- Registered mental health nurse with experience in clinical leadership and management
- Strong knowledge and skills in mental health nursing and service development
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel throughout the area of service delivery
