Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the Landscape team.
- Drive new business initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies.
- Produce detailed Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA).
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Collaborate closely with clients.
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop regularly.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a driven Senior Landscape Architect to advance into a directorial position, enabling them to shape their career while influencing the growth of the company.
Position Remuneration:
- Competitive Salary: £60,000 to £80,000, based on experience.
- Annual Leave: 20 Days + Bank Holidays.

- 4.5 Day Working Week (with an additional half day off each week).

Position Overview:
- Engage in various projects across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.
- Work closely with the Director.
- Assist in team development.
- Manage projects effectively.
- Support junior team members.
- Present landscape proposals to clients.
- Produce detailed LVIA reports.
- Conduct feasibility assessments.
- Maintain close client relationships.
Position Requirements:
- Relevant Degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Chartered Membership of The Landscape Institute is advantageous.
- Proximity to the Royston area is preferred.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of Landscape Architects.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Confidence in producing feasibility studies and LVIA reports.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
