About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Wipro, a leading technology services and consulting company. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Azure Platform Engineering, Terraform, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment tools and practices.
  • Lead a DevOps development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implement and manage Azure roles-based access controls, service principals, and identities.
  • Ensure proper linting, modularity, error handling, logging, and package dependency management in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to review code during pull requests and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and maintain Azure Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, PowerShell, ARM, JSON, and YAML.
  • Implement and manage Azure services, including policies, networking, monitoring, firewall, VPN, private DNS, and other PaaS/IaaS services.
  • Provide expertise on cloud security best practices and security compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, project managers, and clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in Platform and/or Service Reliability Engineer role with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Azure Platform Engineering, Terraform, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools and practices.
  • Leadership experience in a DevOps development team.
  • Knowledge of Azure roles-based access controls, service principals, and identities.
  • Good communication and client management skills.
  • Experience with project planning and strategy development.
  • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps Repos.
  • Experience with agile methodology and code review.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline development using Terraform, PowerShell, ARM, JSON, and YAML.
  • Experience with Azure Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, PowerShell, ARM, JSON, and YAML.
  • Experience with Azure services, including policies, networking, monitoring, firewall, VPN, private DNS, and other PaaS/IaaS services.
  • Cloud security best practices and security compliance expertise.
