Fawkes & Reece South, a leading main contractor, is seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join their team for a highways project in Cornwall. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic project team delivering infrastructure solutions for governing bodies and private sector clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the engineering team in developing solutions to technical challenges
  • Prepare and manage risk assessments and method statements
  • Oversee quality assurance documentation and ensure compliance
  • Assist in the production and integration of 3-week programmes
  • Manage designs from in-house and external designers, ensuring seamless integration
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop construction methodology and sequencing
  • Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
  • Manage and respond to RFI's and Technical Queries

This is a CIS assignment, and the successful candidate will join a long-term project with a dedicated team. Fawkes & Reece South values expertise and enthusiasm, and the ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
