Role Overview
- Responsible for the preparation, submission, and management of financial statements and tax filings for a diverse range of clients, including sole proprietors, partnerships, and incorporated entities.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, ensuring timely follow-ups for necessary documentation.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, which encompasses bookkeeping and compliance tasks before transitioning them to the appropriate department.
- Oversee and evaluate audit processes.
- Strategize and enhance clients' tax efficiency as needed.
- Prepare and review bookkeeping and VAT submissions when necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact between clients and tax authorities to address and resolve inquiries.
Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in managing client portfolios within an accountancy setting.
- Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an accountancy practice.
- Willingness and capability to work directly with clients throughout the accounting process.
