Position Overview:
As a pivotal figure in our engineering consultancy, you will oversee and enhance the capabilities of our civil engineering team, focusing on high-profile projects within the energy sector and regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate, mentor, and elevate the engineering team's skill set.
2. Conduct site assessments to fully grasp project requirements and pricing strategies, ensuring effective management of deliverables.
3. Build and maintain external relationships to optimize client outreach.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- A strong background in Civil or Structural engineering.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team competencies is preferred.
- Chartership status with a recognized professional body (MICE, ISTructE) is advantageous; support for obtaining this can be provided for the right individual.
