Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Accountant to join our team. As a Trainee Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, assisting with their accounting needs and gaining valuable experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of year-end accounts for clients, including sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships.
  • Preparation of VAT returns.
  • Support with bookkeeping as required.
  • Calculation of corporate tax and personal tax liabilities.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and reporting to managers as necessary.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience working as a Trainee Accountant in an accountancy firm.
  • Suitable for someone studying AAT, ACA, or ACCA.
  • Commitment to ongoing studies to ensure long-term progression and success.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
