Overview:

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage projects in the rail, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate and manage project teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
