About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Northallerton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with a learning disability, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to live independently, including budget management, paying bills, and cooking healthy meals.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support, promoting their understanding of the world around them.
  • Support individuals to access and participate in their local community and social events, promoting life skills and individuality.
  • Provide personal care, including prompting individuals to take their medication and assisting with bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
