About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company by developing and implementing effective Learning and Development strategies.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading the site training team and overseeing the implementation of various training programs across the site. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving site performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Learning and Development strategies, programs, and training initiatives to enhance site performance and culture.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop the site training team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  3. Oversee the site apprenticeship scheme and work closely with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects.
Requirements
  1. Prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, preferably within a FMCG or Food manufacturing industry.
