Project Coordinator

Focus 5 Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee enhancements to the customer database for a leading ecommerce client in Blackpool.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate system enhancements and build projects, ensuring clear timelines and delivery to plan
- Develop subject matter expertise in the customer data platform, supporting larger scale implementation projects
- Collaborate with Communications and Campaigns teams to optimize the platform and data
- Support the onboarding of new tools and processes, developing documentation and training materials
- Coordinate data analysis for data consultants and troubleshoot challenges with data reports
- 1+ year of experience in project management in a database or system development field
- Understanding of how customer data drives business forward
- Experience working in a fast-paced multi-project environment
