Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will provide administrative support to our solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our solicitors, including preparing correspondence, managing filing systems, and arranging scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, and manage diary entries.
  • Attend to clients via telephone and in person, and deal with routine client correspondence and queries.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.
  • Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches and ID checks.
  • Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent audio typing from dictation skills.
  • Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.
