Commercial Valuation Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are working in partnership with a leading general practice consultancy firm to make a key appointment within their Valuation team. The business has a long-standing and loyal client base with an interesting and varying valuation case load.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of Valuation and consultancy work on behalf of banks, private investors, debt providers, and developers.
- Instructions include commercial loan security reports, valuations for accounting purposes, asset valuations, and valuation/appraisal work for residential development schemes and build stock.
- Working with other internal teams to cross-sell services, as well as attending networking events to build the firm's profile.
- Mentoring and monitoring Graduates.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified/Registered Valuer – essential.
- Experience in secured lending valuation work.
- Market-facing, good client management skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload.
About the Role:
This is a senior role within the Valuation team, requiring a high level of expertise and experience in commercial valuation. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality valuations and consultancy work, and will be able to work effectively with clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
