Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Strategy: Develop and implement a competitive reward and benefits strategy that reflects our commitment to being an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Compensation Management: Oversee salary structures, annual pay reviews, and bonus schemes to ensure they are fair, competitive, and aligned with market trends.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage a suite of benefits, including health and wellness programs, pension schemes, and employee discounts, tailored to the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of our rewards and benefits offerings, making data-driven decisions to continually enhance our programs.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant regulations and best practices, adapting to any changes in legislation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will need a proven track record in a reward and benefits role, ideally within the industry.
  • Expertise: Understanding of relevant employment law, tax regulations, and market trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make recommendations that drive business outcomes.
