About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead a busy pallet network traffic team for a leading organisation. This is a newly created role designed for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of drivers and staff, with a focus on driving improvement in key areas.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and transport regulations.
  • Oversee daily operations within the pallet network, maintaining high standards of efficiency and service.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
About You
  • Proven experience in managing teams, particularly within a challenging environment.
  • Strong background in pallet network operations.
  • In-depth understanding of Health and Safety and transport regulations.
  • Process-driven, with the ability to effect positive change.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of providing business support as required.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
