About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our dynamic team at TJX Europe. As a Retail Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and stock management
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Support sales floor operations, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results
