Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems an advantage
