Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Lettings Specialist to join our team as a Property Negotiation Expert in Tipton. As a key member of our Lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or lettings
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
