We're a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to transforming the healthcare staffing industry through technology and innovation. As a rapidly growing team, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Recruitment & Compliance Executive in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source top healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland, leveraging platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Onboard Northern Ireland Nurses, Senior Carers, and Carers in adherence to company policies and Northern Ireland healthcare regulations, ensuring seamless integration into our platform.
  • Meet or exceed established candidate acquisition targets, earning commission-based incentives and driving business growth.
  • Identify and address compliance issues, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement within the Northern Ireland onboarding process, collaborating with the Candidate Team Lead and governance team to implement optimised procedures.
  • Stay informed about company policies, Northern Ireland healthcare regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new compliance standards, driving continuous improvement in the Northern Ireland candidate acquisition and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations within a start-up, healthcare, or staffing industry.
  • Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland, with a track record of success using Indeed, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
