Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Mechanic to join our team at RAC Motoring Services. As a Roadside Mechanic, you will be responsible for handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues, providing technical expertise and delivering exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle diverse breakdowns and technical issues, making technical expertise essential.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to our members.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our members, handling face-to-face interactions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and industry developments.

Requirements

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience (Minimum 5 years).
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • A full UK driving licence.
