Job Title: Graduate Construction Engineer

Integrated Project Services (IPS) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Construction Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. As a Graduate Construction Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality construction management services to our clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our clients and project teams to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of construction management plans, including site safety and quality control procedures.
  • Work closely with our project managers and engineers to ensure that construction projects are executed in accordance with IPS's quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, including progress reports, site safety reports, and quality control reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, including site safety, quality control, and project planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
