We are the UK's largest provider of abortion services, supporting over 100,000 women a year in our network of clinics nationwide.

As we continue to evolve and grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Executive Leadership Team as our Chief Clinical Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead our clinical services team, encompassing nursing, midwifery, medical, and surgical services across BPAS.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Operational Team to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within our clinical services.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of abortion services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate staff and stakeholders.
