Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Account Executive to join our team at IDEX CONSULTING LTD. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for servicing a loyal book of clients with a c£400k income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and mid-corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our commercial director and dedicated account handling team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to grow our business and expand our client base.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong background in handling commercial and mid-corporate clients.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to handle most classes of business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to our Berkshire office for team meetings.
