Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Aldwych Consulting, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Aberdeen, Nottingham, or the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management or equivalent experience with NEC 3 & 4 experience being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the team in delivering a portfolio of work, ensuring compliance and adherence to contracts.
  • Work with category managers on tender events, ensuring contracts are fit for signature, and managing and tracking compensation events, early warnings, and risk registers.
  • Travel around 2/3 days a week with overnight stays as required, holding a valid UK driving license.
