Next PLC, a leading high-street retailer and online operation, is seeking a skilled Technical Manager to lead the Design and Development team at our manufacturing facility in Armthorpe, Doncaster.

As a strong people manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our sofa manufacturing operation. You will collaborate with the Head Office buying teams to understand design requirements and timelines, ensuring that the requirements are achievable and leading your team to meet these objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Design and Development team to interpret and prototype new products

Requirements:
