About the Company

The company is a subcontractor to major PLC housebuilders, including Redrow, Persimmon, and Miller Homes, with a turnover of circa £60m and a strong reputation for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing projected net cost models for proposed civil engineering projects
  • Managing and controlling the tender process through liaison with other departments, contractors, and clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing contracts, pursuing new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Groundworks experience within the commercial department, either as a QS or Estimator
