Aerospace General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team of engineers in the aerospace industry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet sales and growth targets.
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major international customers in the aerospace sector.
  • Oversee quality, delivery, and efficiency performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of skilled engineers to meet business needs.
  • Implement and maintain quality, environmental, and health and safety policies within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Technical expertise in production management and lean principles.
  • Experience in implementing robust procedures to identify customer needs and improve quality.
  • Strong IT skills and planning organizational abilities.
