About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to join our team at AtkinsRéalis, a leading provider of engineering solutions for the oil and gas industry. As a Senior Design Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the design of our projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Delivery: Lead the design delivery process, ensuring that technical design work is completed to high-quality levels and in accordance with relevant design standards and codes.
  • Project Management: Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions, understanding and communicating project risks, and adhering to quality assurance standards in design.
  • Commercial and Contractual Experience: Have sound commercial, contractual, and programme experience, with a strong understanding of current UK design standards, guidance, and working practices.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead design delivery, including multidisciplinary design and Design & Build, and work collaboratively with teams to achieve project goals.
