We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Gravitate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the sales order process and stock allocation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system
- Ensure customer orders are entered correctly and allocated from available stock to meet demand
- Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels and monitor product availability
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Track the progress of shipments and address any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales order processing, preferably within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners
