Office Manager - Renewables, M&E & Building Services

Our client, a leading company specialising in M&E, renewables, and building services, is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join their growing team. With a strong presence in the renewable energy and construction sectors, our client is dedicated to delivering high-quality services across a range of projects, including commercial, residential, and sustainable developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, supplier coordination, and office supplies.
  • Support the leadership team by preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between office staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and client contracts.
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Provide support to the project management team on various administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate HR activities, such as onboarding new employees and managing staff records.
  • Oversee health and safety procedures within the office environment.
  • Facilitate internal communication to enhance team collaboration and workflow.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within the renewables, M&E, or construction sectors.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with staff, clients, and partners.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction or engineering environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office software.
