Care2Succeed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Sector Professional to join our Assessment team. As an Assessor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible standards of care and education for our learners.
Key Responsibilities- Assess learners for Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare, Children and Young People's Workforce, or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
- Collaborate with learners to ensure their needs are met and they achieve their full potential.
- Complete all relevant paperwork associated with the role, including assessment records and progress reports.
- Monitor and report on learner progress and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Work across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including children's homes, residential family centres, and supported living accommodation.
- A recognised Assessor Qualification, such as TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience in the Health and Social Care sectors, preferably with children, young people, and families.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently, with a full driving license and use of own vehicle.
- Business insurance and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.
