DEPARTMENT – Concierge
RATE OF PAY – £ per hour
CONTRACT TYPE – Part time permanent - 15 hours

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a qualified Minibus Driver to become a vital part of our outstanding Concierge Team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE ...
The ideal candidate will possess a calm, efficient, and professional demeanor, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service is essential, alongside the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive outlook.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ...
In this role, your primary duties will include safely transporting staff to various locations within the resort grounds, delivering orders from the internal stores department to different areas of the resort. Occasionally, you may assist the transport department in moving guests around the resort. Due to ongoing growth, there may also be a need for offsite transfers, so holding a PCV Licence and a D1 License is necessary, with a Tachograph being desirable. Additionally, you will be responsible for the upkeep, cleaning, and reporting of any issues with the resort's vehicles.

The Collection encompasses the five-star Resort Hotel, the historic Manor House, the contemporary Coldra Court Hotel, ten luxury self-catering Hunter Lodges, and the convenient Tŷ Hotel Magor. Recently, the Parkgate Hotel opened in Cardiff, in collaboration with the Welsh Rugby Union, and a second Tŷ Hotel was launched at Milford Waterfront in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven.
In September 2019, we proudly introduced the International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in partnership with the Welsh Government.
