As a Financial Services Administrator, you will have the potential to progress into an Associate Wealth Manager position, ultimately leading to becoming a fully qualified Wealth Manager through our comprehensive Training and Development program, alongside practical experience and client interaction.
St. James's Place Wealth Management is recognized for its commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence, providing trusted financial advice to clients as their needs evolve. Established in 1995, we take a holistic approach to Wealth Management, currently serving 2900 clients with approximately £690 million in Funds under Management, supported by a team of 18 Wealth Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional demeanor and entrepreneurial mindset in all interactions.
- Provide timely and high-quality support in accordance with established standards.
- Update and manage Confidential Financial Reviews.
- Oversee workflow utilizing Salesforce and Business Trackers.
- Engage in continuous professional development towards the Associate Wealth Manager role.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services is preferred, with experience at St. James's Place being advantageous. Proficiency in Salesforce software is essential, along with strong IT skills, including advanced capabilities in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
