Location: Remote (with occasional travel to customer sites)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warden Call Systems Engineer to join our team at Scarlet Selection. As a Warden Call Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining warden call systems, door entry systems, and access control systems for our clients in the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain warden call systems, door entry systems, and access control systems
  • Perform repairs and installations as required
  • Work with local authorities and housing associations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in door entry, access control, or warden call servicing
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of warden call systems, door entry systems, and access control systems
