Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at We Are Workforce Ltd. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving client revenue and managing a portfolio of IT/Epos accounts across the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and expand our client base by developing a strong understanding of existing and new clients' technological needs
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, owning the sales cycle from generation to close
  • Regularly review client performance across our support ticketing system
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our product and service offerings, staying up-to-date with industry news and trends
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in technology hardware and software solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in sales and account management, preferably in the retail IT sector
