Green Team Programme Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to lead and manage our Green Team Programme. The successful candidate will have a track record of costing and winning landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts, and will be able to work closely with our in-house team of Landscape Architects and Community Team members to deliver design build solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the programme's activities to ensure successful delivery of landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts
- Lead and motivate a team of Green Team Supervisors who train new entrants to the industry
- Work closely with the Landscape Architects and Community Team to deliver design build solutions for clients
- Develop and implement strategies to support the progression of trainees into careers in the industry
Requirements:
- Proven track record of costing and winning landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts
- Ability to work closely with in-house teams to deliver design build solutions
- Desire to support the progression of trainees into careers in the industry
