About the Role
The National Accounts Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing a team of site and field engineers while fostering the growth and profitability of key accounts.

This position entails organizing repairs and routine maintenance for equipment across all national account locations. You will serve as the primary contact, collaborating closely with the Head of National Accounts to ensure exceptional customer service. Given the significance of the national account, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) is crucial, and participation in out-of-hours breakdown support will be required on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities
On a daily basis, the National Accounts Service Coordinator will:

  • Lead a team of field and site engineers dedicated to national accounts.
  • Act as the central point of contact for asset movements, invoice inquiries, preventive maintenance scheduling, and customer communications.
  • Manage time effectively amidst a dynamic workload, prioritizing tasks independently and accommodating new requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy across various systems and deliver client reports promptly.
  • Participate in local and regional national account meetings as necessary.
  • Oversee the national account fleet library.
  • Maintain appropriate parts stock levels in regional distribution centers.
  • Collaborate daily with the Head of National Accounts.
  • Ensure compliance records are maintained and that site leads adhere to health and safety regulations through regular audits.
  • Coordinate with account contacts to schedule engineer visits for breakdowns, maintenance, and servicing.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments within the organization.
  • Prepare engineer jobs for invoicing.
  • Generate quotations for repairs and additional required work.
  • Process warranty claims.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your line manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Highly organized with relevant experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Protean is advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
