Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our field services team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with every service call. Your contributions will significantly impact our local, regional, and national performance, fostering customer loyalty and advocacy for our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage service calls, delivering top-notch customer experiences and contributing positively to team objectives.
- Utilize your expertise to promote Zip products and HydroCare services, advising clients on optimal hydration solutions during site visits.
- Aim for an industry-leading first-time fix rate by efficiently repairing and servicing all Zip products while adhering to technical and safety standards.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks in accordance with company policies.
Essential Skills
- Technical proficiency with a focus on repair and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with processes, including inventory management.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service and the ability to promote products effectively is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant plumbing or electrical qualifications.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Experience in fault diagnostics.
- Willingness to embrace new methodologies and technologies as the company evolves.
