Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Mentor to join our team at Plumstead Manor School. As an Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their academic journey, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to students in a one-to-one or small group setting
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the needs of individual students
