As a Senior Automotive Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing diagnostic tools and a methodical approach to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues. Engaging with clients to fully comprehend their concerns as necessary.
- Staying informed about the latest technologies in our vehicle lineup and mastering the skills required to diagnose and repair related faults.
- Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
- Completing necessary service documentation, including job sheets, Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), and Service Reports, in accordance with brand standards and warranty requirements.
- Conducting thorough vehicle health checks and producing CitNOW videos promptly.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the workshop, including proper use of tools.
