Position Overview: A&G Resourcing Ltd is seeking skilled HGV Class 1 Tanker Operators to join our esteemed client in the logistics sector.

Our client specializes in the manufacturing of dry silo mortars, renders, screeds, and kiln-dried sand, serving the construction industry across the UK.

Role Details:
  • Type: Temporary to Permanent
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Overtime: Available on Saturdays
  • Shift: Morning shifts starting at 05:00 AM, approximately 10 hours per shift
Compensation:

Basic salary with opportunities for overtime:

  • Overtime and Saturday work compensated at time and a half
  • Double pay for Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • Starting pay of £50/hour during the temporary period
Requirements:

While prior experience with HGV Class 1 Tankers is preferred, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates must possess:

  • A clean UK driving license (no more than 6 penalty points)
  • A minimum of 1 year of HGV driving experience (due to insurance regulations)
